This “smart” product pacing infeed accepts products with random flow and automatically stages and paces the product through the system without having the products touch. The design is ideally suited for bakery applications or sensitive products that cannot touch each other during production runs. This system is capable of consistent production speeds up to 150 per minute with automatic surges to 200 per minute upon demand to accommodate manually added product to the line. This is an IP-66 rated system designed for wash down environments.
