This servo controlled bottom overlap shrink wrapping system sets the new standard in product placement and film registration control. Stacks are accepted having random product spacing onto the infeed conveyor where the stacks are conditioned and transferred into the printed film. The bottom overlap design is able to process polyethylene and polyolefin shrink films easily, and our shrink tunnel design controls temperature and airflow so precisely that images are held to extremely tight tolerances AFTER the shrinking is completed.
