This continuous motion shrink bundler will accept random stack height printed materials for your on/ off line mailing lines. Our system can accept either perfect bound or saddle stitched books with or without straps with a stack height range of .75” to 7.5” randomly. Our auxiliary film pre-feed method assures smooth transfer and correct film application for any stack height at production speeds to 60 finished bundles per minute. We incorporate a servo driven seal carriage designed specifically for this application. This same machine can accommodate digest to tabloid sizes with only a profile change at the HMI.
