MICF 40 MOTORS

This extreme duty in-line shrink bundler for motors on a U-board requires less than fifteen feet of production space to process 5-10 motors per minute to save labor and packaging material. The infeed belt shown includes programming to pace motors through the system maximizing production efficiency, and the 60” long tunnel chamber provides small open ends and a tightly shrunk bottom to maximize the holding integrity during final shipment. This design allowed our customer to standardize on three box sizes saving valuable warehouse storage space and reducing their carbon foot print.
