This fully automatic sleeving system works in conjunction with a shrink bundler to provide a stable shipping container for ice cream novelties. The SRA-35SS will accept single line product flow from the customer’s conveyor, collate and up-end the cartons, and stage them into the correct multi-pack configuration. Once the multi-pack is staged, the SRA-35SS will pull and stabilize a corrugated sleeve and load the cartons into the sleeve. The sleeved product will be discharged onto the shrink bundler where film will be tightly shrunk around the product resulting in a multi-pack ready to be palletized. The SRA-35SS can provide 6 to 8 finished sleeves per minute depending on size and configuration.
