This fully automatic shrink wrap system accepts random product flow, collates three packs of aerosol cans and transfers them into a flight lug delivery system, and over wraps the multi-pack in printed film. The tightly shrunk multi-packs are ready to be sold off the shelf offering the end user increased marketing potential and flexibility to provide special sales opportunities to the retail center. All of this had to be done in less than 30 feet of floor space, so APM had to design the system to process the multi-packs standing vertically.
